This year went by so fast that before we knew it we had waited till 2 days before Halloween to go and get our pumpkins for the annual family carving pumpkin event at the Farnes home. Hailey was able to pick out her own pumpkin which took forever because she couldn't make up her mind. :) She didn't want to put her hands in there right at first because it was dirty and made her hands feel gross. But after a while of contemplating if it was safe she went ahead and dove right in. I just love this age she is just so much more interested in everything and wanting to learn so much and just soaks it right up. She makes the holidays so much more fun and interesting because she gets so into it. I didn't realize being a mom included, stopping by every tree or ornament at the store and looking at all the lights that to me look the same, but to her it's a new and an exciting experience. She knows where things are in the store and can tell you if a snowman or Santa Claus or a Reindeer was in that same spot or not. She got her memory from somebody else because Evan nor I can ever remember a thing. It's a good thing we have her to keep us in line.

We were able to go to the trunk or treat with our ward, Evan was not able to come due to work, but Hailey and I still had a lot of fun!
